Contemporary Renovation of a Loft in the Heart of Barcelona
This project involved the complete transformation of a loft located in the heart of Barcelona, within a well-established urban building. The intervention was designed to maximize the available space and enhance the spatial quality through the use of high-end materials and finishes.
We reorganized the interior into a single, open-plan main space, integrating the living room, dining room, and kitchen into a fluid and cohesive area. Special attention was paid to lighting, functionality, and the continuity of materials to reinforce the feeling of spaciousness and unity.
One of the project's key aspects was enhancing the private terrace, conceived as a natural extension of the interior. The aim was to create a harmonious transition between the two spaces, maximizing natural light and the everyday use of the outdoors as an essential part of the home.
The result is a contemporary design piece that responds to a careful and functional urban way of living in one of the most consolidated areas of the city.
